  1. I’ll get you the measurements if you decide to go that way.
  2. This is the way mine came from the factory. 2011
  3. Hey Garrett, Have you been able to pursue your design? It’s January again.

    Door lock

Has anyone addressed the engaging pin wear and door frame wear? This contributes to door leaks. The pin gets a low spot and the frame gets oblonged.
  5. I got 1000 hours on an original set of 6.00-6 Air Trac tires on a LS. I have seen SWs get 50 hours. Put tundras on your plane if you want to eliminate flats.
  6. I had this issue on a 2008 LS. The smaller white wire is soldiered to the braid on the larger wire. The braid was frayed and the wickers poked out through the heat shrink sleeve grounding out that side intermittently. I had to wiggle the modules wires while the engine was running to find the problem.
  7. My friend has a Zenith 750 with an O-200. Is there an e Prop for that setup?
  8. Is it possible to install 10” Skyviews in a factory SW mushroom?

    iS Oil pressure

Yes at 7 psi. I guess that the oil tank was ugly, he wanted to get as must old oil out as possible.

    iS Oil pressure

Ron had the oil can off and drained the oil cooler so it’s like an oil purge after a hose change. With mine having carbs, I was taught somewhere over the last 15 years to remove the top plugs and spin the prop 60 times and look for oil pressure on the Dynons. His Dynons display big Xs.
  11. My friend changed the oil in his 2014 CTLSi and doesn’t know how to verify that he has oil pressure before start up. The Skyviews on the injection models don’t show the engine information when setting the breaker like my 2011 does. Looking a the parts breakdown, the oil sensor is on the back side of the engine and not on the oil filter housing. How can he verify oil pressure?
  12. Hey Bruce, tell them why it was over heating?
  13. We replaced LSBruce’s at Page one year. He bought it at an automotive store, but we had to drill a bypass hole in it.
