They want to make sure that when you send in the chute for the re-pack to leave the rocket pick-up collar attached to the chute. I can come off, but they said leave it on and they want to inspect it and make sure everyone did the old BRS SB 07-03 dated 8-27-07. So just leave the rocket pick up collar attached to the chute.
