kentuckynet
Thanks everyone who helped! Here are some pictures, i have never been a garmin fan but i do like this setup. It was a pain from start to finish, i had 1/8" of metal left with ni divider between the radios and airgizmo. I had to cut away almost everyhting except the rivnuts. Time will tell if it all stays put. Here are some pictures. thanks again mack ps...looks like i might have cleaned up good before taking the pictures huh? Adam
Looks good Mack! I will be adding an airgizmo to my CTLS install soon! (Space for me will not be tight, no transponder and a bigger mushroom with Skyview). You did well to get 10 pounds of stuff in a 9 pound box! I have seen people do updates and have the AP not work after. From another post. Did you verify the data output from the 696? My occasionally has to be reset after an update. Push the menu button twice on the unit, scroll down to system then interface. It should be set to NMEA/VHF out/Aviation In and fast baud rate.
