Roger Lee Posted May 14, 2015 Report Share Posted May 14, 2015 Both CHT wires go from the sender to the 37 pin connector on the D120. I know the left side is pin 4 and can't remember which pin the right CHT is. It is in the Dynon installation manual. \If you have no disconnected the #2 yellow wire called the "Keep Alive " wire from the 37 pin connector that absolutely needs to be done first. I would open up the 37 pin connector and look at both wires. Another thing you can do is use a jumper wire and switch probe sides and see if the problem follows the switching or stays on the same side. I just did all this today and found a broken wire from the #4 connector with the 1.2K resistor had broken inside the 37 pin connector.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
