Anticept Posted June 23, 2015 Report Share Posted June 23, 2015 I replaced the leg yesterday. Not too bad of a job but it did cost about 2K. 1600 hrs of students so I guess it held up fairly well. This is much more typical of hard landing cracks. All of the ones we have had to replace crack like this. Our latest one doesn't make much sense, as it's inside the socket. I did have someone ask if it might be from a side load, which I can see being possible, but there are so many other places that could crack instead from a hard side load.
