Perseverance pays off.  Good knowledge learned from this thread.  A flow chart which reflects trouble shooting this repair would save lots of time and money for someone.  I've re-read the dialog but not sure I could put a flow chart together for this. Would it be as simple as first go for the source of firing which is swapping the plugs from the trigger coils to the modules to see if the non-firing plugs go with the swapped trigger coils?  If this doesn't change things, then go to the modules and then if no change, to the coils?

One caution when setting gaps on coils the magnets are so strong you can get a false

reading or think they are set correctly double check after doing this, I had to reset a

couple of them thinking they were right use the next thicker feeler gauge to be sure I

set mine at .012. Checked them with a .014 to make sure I could not get it to go in.
