A flow chart which reflects trouble shooting this repair would save lots of time and money for someone. I've re-read the dialog but not sure I could put a flow chart together for this. Would it be as simple as first go for the source of firing which is swapping the plugs from the trigger coils to the modules to see if the non-firing plugs go with the swapped trigger coils? procharger Posted May 14, 2016 Author Report Share Posted May 14, 2016 One caution when setting gaps on coils the magnets are so strong you can get a false reading or think they are set correctly double check after doing this, I had to reset a couple of them thinking they were right use the next thicker feeler gauge to be sure I set mine at .012. I haven't seen copper either, You might try looking for brass though. Most feeler gauge sets I have seen had a few brass gauges mixed into the frey.
