Roger Lee
Hi Al, What is it doing? Disconnecting or just searching and or drifting?
FredG
As simple as it sounds, I would disconnect the d-sub connector from the elevator servo and then reconnect it. Might do the same to the connector at the back of the AP unit. (2006 CTsw, TruTrak AP). I had intermittent altitude hold and it was just an intermittent connector. If it doesn't help, you haven't lost much time or effort. Good luck.
FlyingMonkey
Also check the pins on the D-sub. I had a what appeared to be a pitch servo failure that was simply a pin that was not well seated in the connector.
CT4ME
I'd call the Mfg, if it's TruTrak they have the best tech support imaginable (Lucas).
