I have the old placard, which is a white-on-gray, engraved plastic plate I had made (my new one is the same with different language). The cost to have made was about $17, but for the first person that says "I want it", I will ship it to you for free (just PM me your mailing address in the lower 48 US)! All you'll need is some double-sided tape to affix it to your panel.
