Roger Lee
Hi Guys, Just a note. I have been taking each stabilator off and have found all the pivot pin torques too low (80-100 in/lbs). The nuts are not coming loose, but most likely the plastic settles and add in some wear and they are now a little loose. I would suggest that your mechanic pull the stab off every 200 hours and check this torque. The torque on these nuts should be 200 in/lbs. It takes about 30 min. to do and is not hard. add this to your check list. I will send in a request for FD to add this to the maint. list.
