Runtoeat Posted December 18, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 18, 2013 These are 3M hangars which are removed by stretching out the tape. I added the posts on the bottom of the balls and drilled a hole in the top to poke the rubber band thru with a wire keeper on the backside. I've since replaced the blue rubber bands with a couple of inner tube bands. Much more durable and they're black. Figured the these hangars would be a more friendly protrusion to bump my head on than a hook. Plus these will dislodge and pop off the base that is secured by the tape by pushing up on them.
