The legal tangles over a bankrupt manufacturer and possible re-certification has to be a nightmare. Even without the insolvency the C4 was not due to come out till end of this year and at a very low production rate of about twenty planes. It may take two years just for the smoke to clear, then if the certification has to be redone another two years for that...and another two years to get to 100 planes made. Both 172 and the Tecnam P2010 are priced way above that, mid to upper $300's? I'm not sure how they can make money even if they do get certified.
