The Ignition Module Gremlins Visited Today!

Almost a year ago on a cold start the engine would turn over but no start. The forum recommended I ice the modules and try it again. I did and it started immediately. Since then I’ve enjoyed over 100 problem free hours. I started thinking it was just a fluke. Today on a cold start she did the same thing. I grabbed a bagie filled it with some taxi way snow and like magic she starts.

How can she fire so many times without fail since last year?

If the frequency is so rare should I ignore it for awhile and see what happens?

If I do buy new modules are the rebuilt ones an ok way to go?

Thanks all!

This may be just a loose connection the the plastic plugs and when you put something on top the modules it moves it and like magic it works. I would pull on every wire in the 4 plastic plugs coming out of the modules. Don't be bashful.  Usually if the starting circuit is bad in one it stays bad and doesn't get better.
