FlyingMonkey
I just bought this, seems like a good unit… https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0829XHRZ1?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details

I have a CO card in the plane but don’t know if I would think to look at it if my judgement was off.
Tom Baker
I ordered this one for my Warrior just a couple hours before I saw this post. I saw the one in Andy's link too, but went the cheaper route. I hope it is okay. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08QVBY4L2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=
Warmi
I have been using this one for almost 2 years now - a bit pricey but you can’t miss when it starts flashing and complaining …. https://www.amazon.com/Aircraft-Monoxide-Detector-FORENSICS-low-level/dp/B076S6KBP2
Madhatter
The FAA is currently looking at making CO detectors with audio and visual warnings mandatory in all GA aircraft with exhaust heat exchanger type heaters. The details I am not aware of yet. As to whether it may apply to LSA I do not know, but I don't think they consider us having real aircraft. Anticept
You can buy Kiddie CO detectors from your local big box store. Example: https://www.kidde.com/home-safety/en/us/products/fire-safety/co-alarms/c3010d/
Madhatter
I don't believe they will allow home CO detectors, especially in certified aircraft. I would guess TSO units will be required in certified aircraft, LSA, who knows.
Anticept
Oh I guarantee they won't allow home CO detectors. This was more for people that want to have CO detection in their aircraft *right now*. Those damn guardian CO2 detectors that are in Cirrus aircraft are 1,200 a piece and fail after a few years. Madhatter
If you fly with your doors off you won't have to have one
