2007 CTSW - SOLD

If you want the most money in your pocket at the end, direct.  If you don't want to deal with every dreamer and tire kicker, use a broker and probably give up 10k.  And assuming the buyer will need some transition training, I'd have a CFI in the area on the ready to help send them off, or be able to point them to type training at some of the regional options that may be closer to their home.

I'd determine a starting price based on what the comp's are asking, then add / subtract for hours, condition, and the big drivers of rubber and chute timing.

2005-7 SW's have been listing for high 50's to 70's, most in the 60's, being it's close to the spring and market will be heating up, and not many for sale - I'd start higher.
