Roger Lee
I have seen rotors warped, but none worn down. You sure they're worn? If he doesn't have any I might, but I won't be back out at the field until later this week.
procharger
They have a lot of wear from where the pads contact rotor, a severe lip has formed from pad contact, to the the outer edge of the rotor where the pads don't touch, i have tundra tire setup. I will get a measurement and see what it is.
Roger Lee
No need to measure. If it has a lip then it's worn. One place that should have a lot of them is Airtime Aviation in Tulsa. I sent them several boxes of old Marc brake sets.

Tip
I replaced my pads & pins with the ones CT_MATT mentions. I had 600 hours on the originals and wouldn't have changed them but I was flying to Page last year. I have 150 hours on the replacements with no issues. Matt bought the rotors for his LS, also.
