DJ Todd B
Does anyone have any 'mods" they have tried to lower the Oil and CHT Temps. Here in Phoenix, anything over 90 requires me to pull back power after TO and below 1000' AGL to keep the temps from going from Yellow to the RED. Roger Lee
More of a personal preference. They both fly. Carbs. Much easier to work on, diagnose issues and you don’t need a laptop and expensive dongle for annuals and trouble shooting. Carbs far less likely to have electrical issues and glitches. I was only asking to get details on OP’s overheating, not trying to determine preference.
